West Studio – Vineyard Room Château Barbebelle

Charming 35 m² studio located in a wing of the Château, a beautiful building dating back to the early 17th century, surrounded by vineyards in the hills of Aix-en-Provence, on the road to the Luberon.

You will wake up to views of the vineyards and our horses, and enjoy the benefits of the countryside—all in a unique setting combining Provençal authenticity with modern comfort.

• Sugar, tea, and coffee (1 dose per person)

• Oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper

• Located on the first floor.

• After booking confirmation, you will receive a digital welcome guide (via email link) with all useful information.
  Flexible check-in / check-out times are possible (extra fees apply).

You have access to the shared garden with outdoor furniture offering a lovely view of the vineyards and horses, as well as the shared pétanque court (boules provided).

Scenic walks through woods and vineyards are available along a marked trail. Please note that the vineyard itself is private and not open for free roaming.

During your stay in this exceptional wine estate, you can discover the Château Barbebelle cellar, join a wine tasting, and enjoy the surrounding landscapes.

Parties & quietness:

• Parties and events are not allowed.

• Please respect the neighbors and the tranquility of the estate.

Fountains & water:

• Two fountains are located a few meters from the estate entrance. Their depth is limited, but children remain under your full responsibility.

• About 15 minutes away by car, you will also find a freshwater swimming spot (paid access), perfect for family bathing.

Child safety:

• All children are welcome!

• However, the house has stairs: safety gates cannot be installed.

• Please supervise your children at all times during your stay.

A living wine estate:
You will be staying in the heart of an authentic wine estate. The environment is generally very peaceful and ideal for relaxation, but as with any farm, you may occasionally encounter a tractor, machine, or vehicle related to vineyard work. This is part of the estate’s charm and authenticity.

Animals on the estate:
The property is also home to animals:

• Three adorable dogs, which you may occasionally meet with their owners

• Chickens, ponies, and horses, kept in their private areas

Nearby, the village of Rognes is renowned for its pale stone, Provençal market, and lovely walking trails.
