This Provençal bastide was fully renovated in 2020/2021 while preserving its authentic charm (terracotta floor tiles, etc.).
Everything has been redone from floor to ceiling, including the bathrooms.

All bedrooms and living areas are fully air-conditioned for optimal comfort.

The house is spread over two levels connected by an internal staircase as well as external access:

Upon arrival, a welcome kit will be available to help you start your stay (not replenished):

• Cleaning products and laundry detergent

• Sugar, tea, and coffee (1 dose per person)
• Oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper

I remain available by phone and messaging throughout your stay, while ensuring your full independence.

Important: A security deposit of €2,500 is required no later than 7 days before arrival.

This deposit is processed via Swikly as a secure pre-authorization: no amount is charged to your account.

The amount is simply temporarily held as a guarantee.

It notably covers: damage, theft or loss (keys/items), poor care of the property (cleanliness, waste), unauthorized use of equipment, or failure to comply with rules (pets, number of guests, schedules, etc.).

This deposit is not a limitation of liability: the tenant may be held responsible beyond this amount if necessary.

Any damage must be reported within 4 hours of arrival (with photos) or immediately during the stay.

The deposit is automatically released between 8 and 14 days after departure.

🔒 Access to the property is only granted once the deposit has been validated.

Check-in is between 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM for key handover.

You must inform us in advance of your arrival time to organize your welcome under the best conditions.
Check-out is before 10:00 AM.

For any early or late check-in request, it must be made no later than the day before arrival before 6:00 PM. It will be accepted subject to availability.

A house guide with all our recommendations will be available on-site.

House rules:

• Parties strictly prohibited
• Bachelor/bachelorette parties not allowed
• Non-smoking property (smoking indoors is prohibited)
• No outside visitors not included in the reservation are allowed in the property
• Respect for the neighborhood’s peace and quiet
• No outdoor noise after 10:00 PM (music, loud activities, etc.)

Hiking trails start directly from the house and allow you to explore the Montaiguet massif, a protected natural area south of Aix-en-Provence.
