Description:

This Provençal bastide was fully renovated in 2020/2021 while preserving its authentic charm (terracotta floor tiles, etc.). Everything has been redone from floor to ceiling, including the bathrooms.

All bedrooms and living areas are fully air-conditioned for optimal comfort.

The house is spread over two levels connected by an interior staircase as well as external access:

Security deposit:

Important: A €2,500 security deposit is required no later than 7 days before arrival.

This deposit is processed via Swikly as a secure pre-authorization: no amount is charged from your account.

The amount is only temporarily held as a guarantee.

It covers potential damages, theft or loss (keys/items), lack of care (cleanliness, waste), unauthorized use of equipment, or non-compliance with house rules (pets, number of guests, schedules, etc.).

This deposit is not a liability cap: the guest may be held responsible beyond this amount if necessary.

Any damage must be reported within 4 hours of arrival (with photos) or immediately during the stay.

The deposit is automatically released between 8 and 14 days after departure.

🔒 Access to the property is granted only once the deposit has been validated.

Check-in / Check-out:

Check-in is between 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM.

Please inform us of your arrival time in advance so we can organize your welcome in the best conditions.

Check-out is before 10:00 AM.

For early or late check-in requests, they must be made no later than the day before arrival before 6:00 PM and are subject to availability.

A house guide with all recommendations will be available on site.

• Parties strictly prohibited
• No bachelor/bachelorette parties
• Non-smoking property (no smoking indoors)
• No external guests not included in the reservation
• Respect for the neighborhood’s peace and quiet
• No outdoor noise after 10:00 PM (music, loud activities, etc.)
