Provençal Villa in the Heart of a Wine Estate – Comfort & Authentic Charm

Nestled in the heart of the authentic Château Barbebelle wine estate in the South of France, this 150 m² Provençal house comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests.

Ideally located near Aix-en-Provence, Avignon, and the Luberon, it combines elegance, modern comfort, and charm for an unforgettable stay with family or friends.

Villa layout

3 air-conditioned bedrooms on the first floor:

• Master suite with a double bed (180 cm) and en-suite bathroom
• Bedroom with a double bed (160 cm)
• Bedroom with 2 single beds pushed together (90 cm each)

A travel cot is available (without mattress or bed linen).

Bathrooms:

• 2 modern bathrooms, including one with a shower and bathtub, en-suite to the master bedroom
• 2 toilets

Living areas:

• Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, etc.
• Spacious and cozy living room with TV and fireplace. A “first fire” kit can be provided upon request at least 48 hours before your arrival, for an additional fee of €15, not included in the reservation.

• Laundry area with washing machine

A shared pétanque court is located at the entrance of the estate, with boules provided.

Beautiful walks through woodland and vineyards are possible along a marked trail. Please note that, as the wine estate is private, it is not freely accessible for walks outside the designated areas.

During your stay at this exceptional wine estate, you can visit the Château Barbebelle cellar, enjoy a wine tasting, and take in the surrounding landscapes.

Rules & Precautions

Parties and peace of the estate

Parties and events are not allowed.

Please respect the neighbourhood and the peaceful atmosphere of the estate. The owners live on site.

Children’s safety

Children are welcome.

However, the house has stairs and it is not possible to install a safety gate. Please ensure that children are supervised at all times during your stay.

Two fountains are located just a few metres from the entrance of the estate. Although they are shallow, children remain under your full responsibility.

A living wine estate

You will be staying in the heart of an authentic working wine estate. The environment is generally very quiet and ideal for relaxation. However, as with any agricultural estate, you may occasionally see a tractor, machinery, or a vehicle related to vineyard work. This is part of the charm and authenticity of the place.

Estate animals

The property is also home to animals:

• Three lovely dogs, which you may occasionally meet with their owners
• Chickens, ponies, and horses, kept in their private areas

Check-in & Check-out

We welcome guests between 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM for key handover. Please let us know your arrival time in advance so we can organise your welcome in the best possible conditions.

Check-out is before 10:00 AM.

For any early check-in or late check-out request, please contact us no later than 6:00 PM on the day before arrival. Requests are subject to the property’s availability.

• Early check-in at 3:00 PM: €60

Security deposit

A security deposit of €2,000 must be paid no later than 7 days before arrival. It serves as a guarantee in the event of damage, theft, loss of keys or items, lack of care of the property, excessive dirtiness, rubbish left behind, unauthorised use of equipment, or more generally any breach of the rental agreement, including pets, number of guests, check-in or check-out times, etc.

This deposit does not limit the guest’s liability. The guest may be held responsible for any amount exceeding the deposit if necessary.

Any damage noticed upon arrival, within 4 hours, or during the stay must be reported immediately with photos.

The security deposit will be refunded between 8 and 14 days after departure.

Access to the property is only authorised once the security deposit has been validated.
