Discover Villa des Cyprès, a beautiful 150 m² Provençal villa located within Château Barbebelle, an authentic vineyard estate in the heart of Southern France.

Ideally located near Aix-en-Provence, Avignon, and the Luberon, this holiday home is perfect for families and groups of friends looking to enjoy an exceptional Provençal setting.

A wine shop is available on the estate, where you can purchase Château Barbebelle wines.

The Villa

This beautiful air-conditioned villa (air conditioning in all bedrooms) accommodates up to 10 guests and offers spacious indoor and outdoor living areas, a landscaped garden, and a private swimming pool—perfect for unforgettable holidays with family or friends.

A travel cot is available with a fitted sheet (mattress not provided).

• 2 separate toilets (ground floor and first floor)

A "First Fire" fireplace kit can be provided upon request at least 48 hours before arrival for an additional €15 (not included in the reservation).

Guest Access

Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa, including the private swimming pool, garden, and terraces.

A shared pétanque court is located at the entrance to the estate, with pétanque balls provided.

During your stay on this exceptional vineyard estate, you'll have the opportunity to visit the Château Barbebelle winery, enjoy wine tastings, and admire the surrounding vineyards.

Beautiful walking trails through the vineyards and surrounding woodland are accessible via a marked path. Please note that, as this is a private wine estate, unrestricted access to the vineyards is not permitted.

We will be delighted to welcome you and share our recommendations for discovering authentic Provence, including local markets, the hilltop villages of the Luberon, festivals, and of course the region's renowned gastronomy and wines.

Check-in & Check-out

We welcome guests between 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM for key handover.

Please let us know your expected arrival time in advance so we can organize your welcome under the best possible conditions.

Check-out is before 10:00 AM.

Requests for early check-in or late check-out must be made before 6:00 PM on the day prior to arrival and are subject to availability.

• Early check-in from 3:00 PM: €120
• Late check-out until 12:00 PM: €120

A welcome guide with useful information and local recommendations will be available inside the villa.

Security Deposit

A €2,000 security deposit must be paid no later than 7 days before arrival.

It serves as a guarantee against damage, theft, loss of keys or equipment, excessive cleaning requirements (such as rubbish left behind or the property left excessively dirty), unauthorized use of the facilities, or more generally, any breach of the rental agreement (including pets, exceeding the maximum occupancy, or failure to respect check-in/check-out times).

Please note that this deposit does not limit the tenant's liability. Guests may remain responsible for costs exceeding the deposit amount if necessary.

Any damage noticed upon arrival (within the first 4 hours) or during your stay must be reported immediately, together with photographs.

The security deposit will be refunded between 8 and 14 days after departure.

Access to the property is only authorized once the security deposit has been validated.

House Rules

Parties & Quiet Hours

Parties and events are strictly prohibited.

Please respect the peace and quiet of the estate and neighboring properties.

The property owners live on site.

Children

Children of all ages are welcome.

Please note:

• The villa has staircases, and it is not possible to install safety gates.
• Two ornamental fountains are located a few meters from the entrance to the estate. Although they are shallow, children remain entirely under the supervision and responsibility of their parents or guardians at all times.

A Working Vineyard

You will be staying in the heart of an authentic working vineyard.

The estate is generally very peaceful, but as with any agricultural property, you may occasionally see tractors, farming equipment, or vineyard vehicles. This is part of the charm and authenticity of the estate.

Estate Animals

The property is also home to several animals:

• Three friendly dogs that you may occasionally meet while they are with their owners.
• Chickens, ponies, and horses living in their own enclosed areas.

Around 15 minutes by car, you'll find a freshwater swimming area (paid access), perfect for families.

The nearby village of Rognes is famous for its golden stone, Provençal market, and beautiful walking trails.
