Welcome to our home!

This is an ideal 150 m² villa that can accommodate up to 6 guests.

Pleasant and comfortable, you will enjoy the spacious interior, the decoration, the comfort (all bedrooms are air-conditioned), as well as the outdoor area, with its greenery and swimming pool (equipped with a compliant safety alarm).

The Sainte-Marguerite neighborhood is very well located for visiting the city and its surroundings.

On the ground floor:

• A TV room
• A fully equipped kitchen with espresso coffee machine and dishwasher
• 3 toilets
• A laundry room
• A garden with plants and terraces at the front and back of the house. There is a garden lounge, outdoor furniture, and a charcoal barbecue.
• A heated chlorine swimming pool (6 m x 3 m) equipped with a compliant safety alarm. The pool is heated to 28°C during the summer season.

Upstairs:

• 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, including 2 with double beds and 1 with 2 single beds
• 2 bathrooms with walk-in showers
• Please note that the property does not have a baby travel cot

Access to the garden and swimming pool is through the living room.

Wi-Fi is included in the price.

All household linen is provided (kitchen towels, bed sheets, and towels).

Pool towels are not provided.

Parking: 2 cars can be parked in front of the house, which is located on a private street with a gate.

Upon arrival, you will find the following starter kit available for the beginning of your stay (not replenished during the stay):

• Laundry detergent and household cleaning products
• 2 rolls of toilet paper and shower gel
• Sugar, tea, and coffee (1 serving per guest)
• Oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper

We will ask you for your arrival and departure times, as there will be a key handover and check-out appointment.

Close to shops (3 minutes on foot).

10 minutes on foot from the metro and Le Corbusier’s Cité Radieuse.

20 minutes from Cassis, a jewel of the Mediterranean.

The Prado beaches are 15 minutes away by car, or by bike via cycle paths.

15 minutes from the first calanques.

The tramway is now in service very close by (100 m).

We remain available 7 days a week by phone, messaging, and SMS.

We welcome guests between 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM for key handover. Please let us know your arrival time in advance so that we can organize your welcome in the best possible conditions.

Check-out is before 10:00 AM.

For any early check-in or late arrival request, the request must be made no later than 6:00 PM on the day before arrival. It will be accepted subject to the property’s availability.

• Early check-in at 3:00 PM: €120
• Late check-out at 12:00 PM: €120
• Late arrival between 9:00 PM and 11:00 PM: €50
• Late arrival after 11:00 PM: €70
• Additional late arrival supplement: €30
