Villa Mimosas: garden & heated swimming pool

Welcome to our place !

This is an ideal house for one or two families with children, accommodating up to eight people. Pleasant and comfortable, you will appreciate the interior space, its decoration, its comfort (all bedrooms are air-conditioned) and also its exterior, with its greeness and heated swimming pool (with standard alarm).

Enjoy the interior space with its 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, a TV room and 2 bathrooms with walk-in showers. You will also love the exterior, with its plants and terraces at the front and back of the house. Enjoy the heated swimming pool (6mx3m) equipped with a standard alarm.

All the comforts you need thanks to its spacious rooms:

• On the ground floor: living room with fully equipped fitted kitchen, TV room, separate toilet and laundry room. Access to the garden/swimming pool from the living room.

• On the first floor: 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, 3 with double beds and one with 2 single beds, 2 bathrooms, 2 balconies (each shared between 2 bedrooms).

Parking: no problem parking, the house is located on a private street with a gate. Quiet, family-friendly and secure neighbourhood.

The Sainte Marguerite neighbourhood is very well located for visiting the city and its surroundings. Easy access to motorways (5 minutes by car). Close to shops (3 minutes on foot). 10 minutes on foot from the metro and Le Corbusier's Cité Radieuse.

20 minutes from Cassis, a pearl of the Mediterranean. The Prado beaches are 15 minutes away by car or bike (cycle paths). 15 minutes from the first calanques.
