Welcome to Villa Maelou, a 140 m² villa accommodating up to 8 guests, located in the hills above La Cadière-d’Azur, set within 5,000 m² of private grounds.

Enjoy the swimming pool and exceptional panoramic views of Sainte-Victoire, Sainte-Baume and the Bandol vineyards.

From relaxing by the pool and exploring Provençal markets to wine tastings at local vineyards and seaside walks, this is the perfect setting to discover the beauty of the region and experience the Provençal way of life.

• 2 bedrooms with 160 × 200 cm double beds, televisions and terraces.
• 1 bedroom with a 140 cm double bed, television and en-suite shower room.
• 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90 cm each) and television.
• Baby cot and high chair available.

One bedroom is located on the ground floor, while the other three are upstairs.

Three bedrooms are air-conditioned. The villa remains naturally cool, and fans are also provided.

• 1 shower room with a shower, en-suite to one of the bedrooms.

• Chlorine swimming pool (1.30 m deep), featuring a shallow submerged sun shelf and a safety roller cover.

🚗 PARKING

5 uncovered outdoor parking spaces are available within the property, which is secured by an automatic entrance gate.

LINEN & WELCOME ESSENTIALS

A washing machine is available for your use.

Household linen is provided, including bed sheets, one towel per person, bath mats and kitchen towels.

To help you settle in, a complimentary starter kit is provided (not replenished during your stay):

• Laundry detergent and cleaning products.
• 2 rolls of toilet paper and shower gel.
• Sugar, tea and coffee (one serving per person).
• Oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.

We are available 7 days a week via messaging, phone or text message to answer your questions and assist you throughout your stay.

Important Information

The villa has an upper floor accessible by stairs.

Air conditioning is available in three bedrooms only, not throughout the entire property.

Some areas of the garden have changes in ground level and are not fitted with safety barriers. Children must remain under constant adult supervision, particularly around the swimming pool and in areas where there is a risk of falling.

HOUSE RULES

To preserve the peaceful atmosphere of the property and its natural surroundings, we kindly ask you to respect the following rules:

• Parties and events are strictly prohibited.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
• Visitors and anyone not included in the reservation are not allowed.

PETS

Only dogs are accepted, with a maximum of one dog per reservation and subject to prior approval.

An additional cleaning fee applies.

Any damage or additional services required due to the presence of a dog may result in extra charges or deductions from the security deposit.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

Self check-in is available.

• Check-in: From 5:00 PM.
• Check-out: Before 10:00 AM.

Early or late check-in and late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability and an additional fee.

All requests must be submitted no later than 6:00 PM on the day before.
