• 1 “tower” bedroom with its own bathroom and toilet, offering breathtaking sea views

• 1 master bedroom with double bed, air conditioning, renovated private bathroom and toilet, overlooking the pool
• 1 bedroom with double bed and air conditioning, garden view
• 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, garden view
  These last 2 bedrooms share a bathroom and a separate toilet.

• A large private swimming pool, accessible every day from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., with spectacular sea views. Safety alarm in place. Pool lighting for the evening. The pool is not heated.

• Air conditioning will be available in all bedrooms from June / heating in every room. Air conditioning is available in the bedrooms. There is no air conditioning in the common areas, but the villa benefits from pleasant natural ventilation thanks to the sea breeze, keeping the atmosphere fresh and very comfortable.
• Fireplace in the living room. Wood available in the garden.
• Laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and iron. Additional fridge/freezers available inside if needed.
• A car shelter for 3 cars, plus an entrance area where 3 additional cars can be parked, all secured by a gate.
• 2 baby travel cots are available, one with a thick mattress and one with its original mattress.

Upon arrival, you will find the following essentials available for the start of your stay, starter kit not replenished:

• Laundry detergent and cleaning products
• 2 rolls of toilet paper, shower gel
• Sugar, tea and coffee: 1 portion per person
• Oil, vinegar, salt and pepper

Household linen is provided: bath towels, tea towels and sheets.
However, pool towels are not provided.

Parties, noise and visitors:

• Out of respect for the neighbourhood, parties and gatherings are prohibited, and playing loud music, especially outdoors, is strictly forbidden.
• The accommodation is strictly reserved for the guests listed in the booking.

A sound detection device, indoors and outdoors, is installed to prevent any disturbance. It does not record audio or video; it only measures noise levels.

In the event of failure to comply with the house rules, particularly in case of noise disturbances, parties or the presence of unauthorised guests, the contract may be terminated immediately, resulting in the interruption of the stay without refund.

The villa is close to beaches and tourist sites.

Carry-le-Rouet is very well located, approximately 25 minutes by car from Marseille and easily accessible via the A55 motorway. This allows you to enjoy all the cultural and historical attractions of France’s second-largest city, while benefiting from the tranquillity of a coastal village.

As the street where the villa is located is fairly central, you should be able to reach it easily on foot from the port or town centre, where most points of interest are located.

1. By car

From Marseille:
If you are coming from Marseille, access is easy via the N568 national road or the A55 motorway.
Take the A55 towards Cassis/Martigues, then follow signs for Carry-le-Rouet.
Travel time: approximately 25 to 30 minutes depending on traffic.

From Marseille Provence Airport, MRS:
If you are coming from Marseille Airport, located approximately 15 km from Carry-le-Rouet, you can reach the town by taking the A7, then the A55.
Travel time: approximately 20 to 25 minutes.

Parking:
Carry-le-Rouet has several public car parks close to the town centre and port, often free or inexpensive, where you can park your car.

2. By train

Nearest train station: Carry-le-Rouet has a small train station, located approximately 10 to 15 minutes on foot from the centre.

Access from Marseille:
From Marseille, take the Marseille–Miramas or Marseille–Martigues train line. These trains run regularly and the journey takes approximately 20 to 25 minutes.

3. By bus

Bus lines: Carry-le-Rouet is served by bus lines connecting the town to Marseille and nearby municipalities.

You can take bus line 132, Marseille – Carry-le-Rouet, departing from Marseille Saint-Charles station.
The journey takes approximately 30 to 40 minutes depending on traffic.

4. By taxi or private hire vehicle

You can also take a taxi or use services such as Uber or Bolt to reach Carry-le-Rouet, which is especially convenient if you are arriving from the airport or train station.
Travel time: approximately 25 to 30 minutes from central Marseille or the airport.

5. By bike, for the more adventurous

If you enjoy cycling, you can reach Carry-le-Rouet by following the Côte Bleue, a scenic seaside route offering beautiful views of the sea and calanques.
There are cycle paths in the area, but the route from Marseille can be quite challenging due to the hills.

6. By boat, a more original option

Boat from Marseille:
For a spectacular arrival, you may also consider taking a boat from Marseille to Carry-le-Rouet. Maritime shuttles may connect Marseille to the port of Carry-le-Rouet, although this option is less common.

Carry, a charming coastal village located in the Bouches-du-Rhône, is a privileged destination offering beautiful sea views and close proximity to many attractions, as well as Aix-en-Provence and Marseille.

1. The beaches of Carry-le-Rouet

There are two beaches at the foot of the villa: Cap Rousset, 5 minutes on foot and supervised in season, and Calanque des Bouchons, 2 minutes on foot, located within the residence and therefore less busy. Both are in the heart of the Côte Bleue Marine Park, where you can observe countless fish in this protected 1,000-hectare area with crystal-clear waters.

The main beach of Le Rouet, supervised in season and with its nautical club, is a little further away but still accessible on foot, approximately 1 km or 20 minutes.

2. Carry-le-Rouet Port

The port of Carry-le-Rouet, located just a few minutes on foot from Allée de la Vigie, is a very pleasant place to stroll, with many seaside restaurants, cafés and bars, as well as a casino. You can also admire the boats or take a boat trip.

Boat rental and water sports: several local companies offer boat, jet ski and paddleboard rentals to explore the Mediterranean coast. You will also find big-game fishing, diving clubs and a maritime shuttle to Marseille.

3. The Calanques of Carry-le-Rouet

Carry-le-Rouet is at the heart of a beautiful calanque region. Calanque des Eaux Salées, Calanque de la Redonne and Calanque Méjean are accessible by boat or on foot for the more adventurous.

These calanques offer exceptional natural landscapes and are perfect for hiking, swimming and even scuba diving.

4. Côte Bleue Marine Park

Nearby, you will also find the Côte Bleue Marine Park, a 1,000-hectare protected area with rich marine life, ideal for divers and nature lovers.

For any early check-in or late check-out request, the request must be made no later than 6:00 p.m. the day before arrival. It will be accepted subject to the accommodation’s availability.

• People not included in the reservation are not allowed

Any damage must be reported within 4 hours of arrival, with photos, or immediately during the stay.
The security deposit is automatically released between 8 and 14 days after departure.

Access to the accommodation is only authorised once the security deposit has been validated.

A €2,000 security deposit must be completed no later than 7 days before arrival. It is not debited or blocked and serves as a guarantee in the event of:

• Damage to the furniture or equipment in the accommodation, such as a torn sofa or broken TV
• Theft or loss of keys or valuable items, such as a set of keys or a valuable object left in the accommodation
• Lack of care during the stay, such as dirt marks or rubbish left in the accommodation
• Unauthorised use of the accommodation’s equipment, for example use of a barbecue without permission or excessive electricity consumption
• Failure to comply with the rental contract, such as pets, number of guests or late arrival time

This security deposit does not limit liability. The tenant’s responsibility may be sought beyond the amount of the deposit.

If you notice any damage upon arrival, within 4 hours of entering the accommodation, or in the event of accidental damage during your stay, please inform us immediately and take photos if necessary to document the damage.

Access to the property will only be authorised once the security deposit has been validated.
