The villa is at the tip of "Roucas Blanc", an emblematic district of the 7th arrondissement.Its name, which means “White Rock”, simply comes from the rock on which it was integrated. This area, full of small dead ends, alleys and narrow staircases, really encourages exploration. This former elevated village of Roucas Blanc is today the most "upscale" district of the city.

President John Fitzgerald Kennedy's Corniche, which surrounds the neighborhood's seafront, is a spectacular panoramic boulevard that winds just above the Mediterranean Sea, from Catalans Beach to Prado Beaches. 

It offers one of the most beautiful balcony landscapes in Marseille overlooking the Mediterranean and its islands.All along there were fishermen's huts, but above all very bourgeois villas from the 19th century, former "summer houses" of rich Marseille industrial families (Villa Valmer, Villa de Gaby Deslys).

The accommodation consists of a large, very bright living room with open kitchen, opening onto a large terrace with a splendid view of the entire southern coastline of the city, up to the foot of the Marseilleveyre massif.

Traveler access

You have access to the villa as a whole.

A parking space is reserved for you inside the property. An automatic gate allows access.

Access to the villa takes the condominium roads.

We welcome you every day from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. for key collection. To do this, we recommend that you communicate your arrival times in advance.

On arrival, you will find the following items at your disposal for the start of your stay (non-renewable kit):
