Our contemporary, air-conditioned villa with a private pool and pool house is located in Ventabren, close to Aix-en-Provence and Éguilles.

South-facing, bright, with spacious interiors, a fully equipped kitchen, and a welcoming outdoor area (terrace, pétanque court).

Ideal for families and stays with friends, in a peaceful setting yet close to shops, beaches, the TGV station, and the airport.

The 180 m² Villa Jasmin includes:

• A large living area with a lounge (corner sofa, TV) and a large dining table
• A modern kitchen with a central island, fully equipped and open to the living room
• A master suite with a queen-size bed, walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower
• A bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom with shower and WC

• 2 large bedrooms with double beds
• A bathroom with bathtub and walk-in shower

• Baby crib available on request

Outdoor area (200 m²):

• A beautiful terrace with pergola, outdoor lounge, and dining table
• A 10 m x 5 m chlorine swimming pool, 1.8 m deep, with sun loungers
• A closed pool house with a fully equipped summer kitchen, barbecue, large table, and TV
• A shower and WC
• A pétanque court with boules provided

Upon arrival, a welcome kit will be provided to help you start your stay (not replenished):

• Cleaning products and laundry detergent
• 2 rolls of toilet paper per WC
• Shower gel and hand soap
• Sugar, tea, and coffee (1 serving per person)
• Oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper

The property is located in a residence with 2 other units.

Important: A €2,000 security deposit is required no later than 7 days before arrival.

This deposit is handled via Swikly as a secure bank imprint:

• No amount is charged to your account
• The amount is only temporarily held as a guarantee

It covers: damages, theft or loss (keys/items), lack of care (cleanliness, waste), unauthorized use of equipment, or non-compliance with house rules (pets, number of guests, schedules, etc.).

This deposit is not a liability cap: the tenant may be held responsible beyond this amount if necessary.

Any damage must be reported within 4 hours of arrival (with photos) or immediately during the stay.

The deposit is automatically released between 8 and 14 days after departure.

🔒 Access to the property is granted only once the deposit has been validated.

We welcome you between 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM for key handover.

Please inform us in advance of your arrival time to organize your check-in under the best conditions.

Check-out is before 10:00 AM.

For any request for early or late arrival,
the request must be made no later than the day before arrival before 6:00 PM. It will be accepted subject to availability.

A house guide with all our recommendations will be available on site.
