Our contemporary, air-conditioned villa with a private swimming pool and pool house is located in Ventabren, close to Aix-en-Provence and Éguilles.

South-facing, bright, and spacious, it features a fully equipped kitchen and inviting outdoor spaces, including a large terrace and a pétanque court.

Perfect for families and groups of friends looking for a peaceful stay while remaining close to shops, beaches, the TGV station, and Marseille Provence Airport.

Important – Security Deposit

A €2,000 security deposit is required no later than 7 days before your arrival.

The deposit is processed securely through Swikly as a credit card pre-authorisation:

• No money is charged to your account.
• The amount is simply held temporarily as a guarantee.

The deposit may cover, in particular:

• Damage to the property
• Theft or loss (keys, equipment, or other items)
• Poor care of the accommodation (excessive dirt, rubbish left behind, etc.)
• Unauthorised use of facilities
• Failure to comply with the house rules (pets, maximum occupancy, quiet hours, etc.)

Please note that this deposit does not limit the tenant's liability. If the cost of damages exceeds the deposit amount, additional charges may apply.

Any damage must be reported within 4 hours of arrival (with photos) or immediately if it occurs during your stay.

The pre-authorisation is automatically released between 8 and 14 days after check-out.

🔒 Access to the property will only be granted once the security deposit has been successfully validated.

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in is available between 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM for key handover.

Please let us know your expected arrival time in advance so that we can organise your welcome under the best possible conditions.

Check-out is before 10:00 AM.

Requests for early or late check-in/check-out must be made no later than 6:00 PM on the day before arrival and are subject to availability.

• Early check-in from 3:00 PM: €120
• Late check-out until 12:00 PM: €120
• Late check-in between 9:00 PM and 11:00 PM: €50
• Late check-in after 11:00 PM: €70
