Come and discover our spacious 175 m² Provençal house, nestled among the vineyards within the Château Barbebelle wine estate, one of the oldest vineyards in the Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence.

With its private swimming pool and tree-filled garden, it is the ideal place to unwind and enjoy the charm of Provence.

The house includes:

A large living area with fireplace, including:

• A fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, oven, fridge-freezer, filter coffee machine and Nespresso machine, washing machine
• A large dining table
• A comfortable living room with sofas, TV, and fireplace. A “first fire” kit can be provided on request at least 48 hours before your arrival (extra charge, not included in the booking).
• Floor-level air conditioning in the living area
• 1 toilet with washbasin

• Master bedroom with king-size bed (180 cm), open en-suite shower room with walk-in shower, and direct access to a private terrace

First floor:

• Private unheated swimming pool (4 x 8 m, chlorine, open from June to September depending on weather conditions) with sun loungers. Uniform depth of 1.50 m throughout.

Semi-detached house with independent entrance and complete privacy.

Guests have access to the entire villa, including the private swimming pool, garden, and terraces.

A shared pétanque court is available at the entrance of the estate (boules provided).

During your stay at this exceptional wine estate, you will have the opportunity to visit the Château Barbebelle cellar, enjoy a wine tasting, and take walks through the vineyards.

Lovely walks through the woods and vineyards are possible along a marked walking trail. Please note that the wine estate is private and is not accessible for unrestricted walks.

We will be delighted to welcome you and share our favourite recommendations for discovering authentic Provence: Provençal markets, hilltop villages of the Luberon, festivals, and of course the rich food and wine culture of the region.

We welcome guests between 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM for key handover. Please let us know your arrival time in advance so that we can organise your welcome in the best possible conditions. Check-out is before 10:00 AM.

For any request for an early or late check-in/check-out, please contact us no later than 6:00 PM on the day before your arrival. Requests are subject to the property's availability.

A guest guide containing all our recommendations will be available on site.

A €2,000 security deposit must be paid no later than 7 days before arrival. It serves as a guarantee in case of damage, theft, loss of keys or items, lack of care of the property (dirt, rubbish left behind), unauthorised use of equipment, or more generally any breach of the rental agreement (pets, number of guests, check-in/check-out times, etc.).

This security deposit does not limit the tenant’s liability, which may be sought beyond the amount of the deposit.

Any damage noticed on arrival (within 4 hours) or during the stay must be reported immediately with photos. The deposit will be refunded between 8 and 14 days after departure. Access to the accommodation is only authorised once the deposit has been validated.

Rules & precautions

Parties and quiet enjoyment
Parties and events are not permitted.

Please respect the neighbours and the peaceful atmosphere of the estate.

Children's safety
Children of all ages are welcome.

Please note that the house has stairs, and it is not possible to install a safety gate.

Two fountains are located a few metres from the entrance to the estate. Although they are shallow, children remain under the full responsibility of their parents or guardians at all times. Please ensure that your children are always supervised during your stay.

A working wine estate
You will be staying in the heart of an authentic working vineyard. The environment is generally very peaceful and ideal for relaxation. However, as with any agricultural estate, you may occasionally see a tractor, machinery, or a vehicle related to vineyard work. This is part of the charm and authenticity of the place.

The estate’s animals
The property is also home to several animals:

• Three adorable dogs, which you may occasionally meet with their owners
• Chickens, ponies, and horses, all kept in their private areas

Around a 15-minute drive away, you will also find a freshwater swimming area (paid access), perfect for family bathing.
