The villa can accommodate up to 6 guests and includes:

• A total of 2 bathrooms (one with a shower and one with a bathtub) and 3 toilets

Parties, Noise & Visitors

• Out of respect for the neighborhood, parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited. Playing loud music, especially outdoors, is not permitted.
• The property is strictly reserved for the guests included in the reservation. Outside visitors are not allowed without prior approval.

Guests have access to the entire villa.
