Welcome to our beautiful 170 m² contemporary villa located in Montfuron, in the heart of the Luberon.

Offering exceptional panoramic views over the valley, the villa is ideal for family holidays or stays with friends while discovering Provence.

Explore the Forcalquier market, the villages of the Luberon, the lavender fields of Valensole, the Colorado Provençal, Lake Sainte-Croix, and the Verdon Gorge.

Many hiking trails are accessible just a few minutes from the house.

The Villa

The villa can accommodate up to 6 guests and includes:

• A master suite with a 160 × 200 cm bed, television, private shower room, and walk-in wardrobe
• One bedroom with a 140 × 200 cm double bed
• One bedroom with two 90 × 200 cm single beds
• In total, 2 bathrooms (one with shower, one with bathtub) and 3 toilets
• A spacious, bright living room with television
• A modern, fully equipped kitchen open to the living room
• A laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer
• Centralised underfloor air conditioning
• Wi-Fi

Mezzanine

On the mezzanine, you will find:

• A table football
• Two fitness machines: an exercise bike and a treadmill

Bed linen and household linen are provided: bed sheets, towels, bath mats, and kitchen towels.

Outdoor Area

• Private chlorine swimming pool, 8.5 × 4.5 m, between 1.20 m and 1.40 m deep, with sun loungers
• Please note: the pool does not have an electric cover but is equipped with a pool alarm

Welcome Starter Kit

On arrival, you will find the following items available to help you start your stay comfortably. This kit is not replenished during your stay:

• Laundry detergent and household cleaning products
• Two rolls of toilet paper per toilet
• Shower gel
• Sugar, tea, and coffee, one serving per guest
• Oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper

Other Important Information

Parties, Noise & Visitors

Out of respect for the neighbourhood, parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited. Playing loud music, especially outdoors, is strictly forbidden.

The accommodation is strictly reserved for the guests included in the reservation. External visitors are not allowed without prior approval.

Guests have access to the entire villa.

• Montfuron village centre: approximately 5 minutes on foot
• Manosque town centre: approximately 15 minutes by car
• Manosque – Gréoux-les-Bains train station: approximately 15 minutes by car
• Aix-en-Provence TGV Station: approximately 50 minutes by car
• Marseille Provence Airport: approximately 1 hour by car

The villa enjoys a privileged location in the Luberon Regional Natural Park.

We remain available before, during, and after your stay to answer any questions and assist you if needed by messaging, phone, or SMS.

Please note that the grounds are not fully enclosed, so extra care is recommended with young children.

Before your arrival, you will receive all necessary information regarding access to the villa, practical instructions, and useful recommendations to help you make the most of your stay.

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in is available from 5:00 PM with self check-in.

Please let us know your expected arrival time in advance so that we can organise your arrival under the best possible conditions.

Check-out is before 10:00 AM.

For any request for early check-in or late check-out, the request must be made no later than 6:00 PM on the day before arrival. It will be accepted subject to property availability.

• Late check-out until 12:00 PM: €120
