Parties, noise and visitors:
Out of respect for the neighbourhood, parties and gatherings are not allowed. Playing loud music, especially outdoors, is strictly prohibited.
The property is strictly reserved for the guests listed on the booking. External visitors are not allowed without prior approval.
Guests have access to the entire villa.
You will enjoy the immediate proximity to the beaches, port, shops and restaurants, all within walking distance.
The villa is located close to Bandol train station, approximately 5 minutes away by car. The station provides easy access to Toulon, Marseille and the main towns along the coast via the Marseille – Toulon – Hyères TER train line.
The nearest airport is Toulon-Hyères Airport, around 40 minutes away by car. Marseille-Provence Airport is also approximately 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes away by car.
We remain available before, during and after your stay to answer your questions and assist you if needed.
Before your arrival, you will receive all the necessary information regarding access to the villa, practical instructions and useful recommendations to help you make the most of your stay in Bandol.
We welcome you between 5:00 pm and 9:00 pm for key handover.
Please let us know your arrival time in advance so that we can organise your check-in in the best possible conditions.
Check-out is before 10:00 am.
For any request for early or late arrival, the request must be made no later than the day before arrival, before 6:00 pm. It will be accepted subject to the property’s availability.
Arrival between 9:00 pm and 11:00 pm: €40
Arrival after 11:00 pm: €70

A security deposit of €2,500 is required no later than 7 days before arrival.
This deposit is made via Swikly, in the form of a secure bank card pre-authorisation:
No amount is debited from your account.
The amount is simply temporarily held as a guarantee.
It may cover, in particular: damage, theft or loss of items/keys, lack of care of the property such as dirt or rubbish, unauthorised use of equipment, or failure to comply with the rules such as pets, number of guests, arrival/departure times, etc.
This deposit does not limit liability: the tenant may be held responsible beyond this amount if necessary.
Any damage must be reported within 4 hours of arrival, with photos, or immediately during the stay.
The deposit is automatically released between 8 and 14 days after departure.
Access to the property is only authorised once the deposit has been validated.
