Welcome to our beautiful Villa Auralis, an exceptional 280 m² property located in Bandol, ideal for family holidays or stays with friends.

Its privileged location allows you to enjoy the beach, town centre, port, and restaurants on foot, while staying in a calm, elegant, and green setting.

The villa offers a bright, elegant Mediterranean atmosphere, perfect for fully enjoying Bandol and the French Riviera.

Our fully air-conditioned villa has 6 bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate 8 guests.

Welcome Starter Kit

On arrival, you will find the following items available to help you start your stay comfortably. This kit is not replenished during your stay:

• Laundry detergent and household cleaning products
• Two rolls of toilet paper per toilet
• Shower gel
• Sugar, tea, and coffee, one serving per guest
• Oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper

Linen

• Bed linen and household linen are provided: bed sheets, towels, bath mats, and kitchen towels.
• One fouta per guest is provided for the swimming pool.

Other Important Information

Parties, Noise & Visitors

Out of respect for the neighbourhood, parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited. Playing loud music, especially outdoors, is strictly forbidden.

The accommodation is strictly reserved for the guests included in the reservation. External visitors are not allowed without prior approval.

Guest Access

Guests have access to the entire villa.

Location & Transport

The villa is located close to Bandol train station, approximately 5 minutes by car. The station provides easy access to Toulon, Marseille, and the main towns along the coast via the TER Marseille – Toulon – Hyères train line.

The nearest airport is Toulon-Hyères Airport, approximately 40 minutes by car. Marseille Provence Airport is also around 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes away by car.

You will enjoy immediate proximity to the beaches, port, shops, and restaurants, all accessible on foot.

During Your Stay

We remain available before, during, and after your stay to answer any questions and assist you if needed.

Before your arrival, you will receive all necessary information regarding access to the villa, practical instructions, and useful recommendations to make the most of your stay in Bandol.

Check-in & Check-out

We welcome guests between 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM for key handover.

Please let us know your expected arrival time in advance so that we can organise your welcome under the best possible conditions.

Check-out is before 10:00 AM.

For any request for early or late check-in/check-out, the request must be made no later than 6:00 PM on the day before arrival. It will be accepted subject to property availability.

• Early check-in from 3:00 PM: €170
• Late check-out until 12:00 PM: €170
• Late check-in between 9:00 PM and 11:00 PM: €50
• Late check-in after 11:00 PM: €70

House Rules

• Parties and events are strictly prohibited.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
• Only guests included in the reservation are permitted on the premises.

Important information: The shower in the master bedroom is currently experiencing a minor issue with the water temperature, which does not exceed approximately 30°C. Repairs are already underway and will be completed as soon as possible.

In the meantime, the bathtub in the same bathroom provides hot water and can be used normally.

Important – Security Deposit

A €2,500 security deposit is required no later than 7 days before arrival.

This deposit is processed securely through Swikly as a credit card pre-authorisation:

• No money is charged to your account.
• The amount is simply held temporarily as a guarantee.

The deposit may cover, in particular:

• Damage to the property
• Theft or loss (keys, equipment, or other items)
• Poor care of the accommodation (excessive dirt, rubbish left behind, etc.)
• Unauthorised use of facilities
• Failure to comply with the house rules (pets, number of guests, quiet hours, etc.)

Please note that this deposit does not limit the tenant’s liability. If the cost of damages exceeds the deposit amount, additional charges may apply.

Any damage must be reported within 4 hours of arrival (with photos) or immediately if it occurs during your stay.

The pre-authorisation is automatically released between 8 and 14 days after check-out.

🔒 Access to the property will only be granted once the security deposit has been successfully validated.
