Toit Vieil - Terrace with stunning view over Aix rooftops

Charming apartment, fully renovated, located in the historic centre of Aix-en-Provence, with a loggia, a covered terrace overlooking the rooftops of Paul Cézanne’s city. The unique layout of this accommodation plays with volumes and half-levels, in a cosy loft style. Ideally located just a few steps from the Town Hall Square, it is the perfect base to enjoy the city centre: shops, markets, bars, museums — everything can be done on foot.

Please note: The apartment is located on the 4th floor, and there is no elevator. Access is by stairs only.

Our 56 m² accommodation includes:

• A living room with a sofa bed, a bar counter and a guitar for artists
• A fully equipped kitchen with a Senseo coffee machine
• A bedroom with a double bed
• A large furnished terrace where you can enjoy the sunsets while preparing your dinner with the plancha grill available
• Air conditioning is only available in the living room; there is a fan in the bedroom

Household linen is provided: sheets, bath towels and tea towels.

The accommodation does not have a travel cot.

Upon arrival, you will find the following essentials available for the start of your stay (starter kit, not replenished):

• Laundry detergent and cleaning products
• 2 rolls of toilet paper, shower gel
• Sugar, tea and coffee (1 dose per person)
• Oil, vinegar, salt and pepper

Dogs are welcome, limited to one dog per reservation. An additional fee of €30 will be charged on top of your reservation to cover extra cleaning. Any damage, wear and tear, or additional work resulting from the dog’s presence may be billed separately or deducted from the security deposit.

The accommodation is located right in the historic centre of Aix-en-Provence.
You can easily discover the city on foot from the apartment.

From Aix-en-Provence bus station:
Approximately 15 to 20 minutes on foot.

By bus / public transport:
The nearest stops are Bellegarde, Briand and Bourse.
They are located approximately 3 to 6 minutes on foot from the accommodation.

From Aix-en-Provence TGV station or Marseille Provence Airport, take line A2 to Aix-en-Provence bus station, then continue on foot or by bus.

By car:
Recommended public car parks: Bellegarde, Cardeurs or Rotonde.
You will then need to finish the journey on foot to reach the accommodation.

• Discover Saint-Sauveur Cathedral and the typical small streets
• Go to Place Richelme for the market, cafés and local atmosphere
• Wander along Cours Mirabeau, with its shops, restaurants and fountains

• Visit Cézanne’s Studio, an iconic place linked to the Aix-born painter

We remain available 7 days a week by phone, SMS or messaging throughout your stay.

We welcome guests from 3:00 p.m. for key handover.

You must inform us in advance of your arrival time so that we can organise your welcome in the best possible conditions.

Check-out is before 10:00 a.m.

For any request for early or late arrival, the request must be made no later than the day before arrival before 6:00 p.m. It will be accepted depending on the availability of the accommodation.

• Early arrival at 1:00 p.m.: €30
• Late check-out at 12:00 p.m.: €40
• Late arrival between 9:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m.: €50
• Late arrival after 11:00 p.m.: €70
