This 70 m² house is a true haven of peace, located on the first floor in the wing of a 16th-century Provençal manor house, at the heart of Château Barbebelle, a renowned wine estate in the Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence.

It is ideal for a family holiday or a getaway with friends, surrounded by vineyards, olive trees, and the hills of the Luberon, just a short drive from Aix-en-Provence.

• A cosy living room with a TV and a 140 cm sofa bed

• One large bedroom with a Queen-size bed (160 cm) and, separated by a low partition wall, a single bed (90 × 190 cm)
• One bathroom with a shower, toilet, and washing machine
• One travel cot available for babies, including a fitted sheet (mattress and towels not provided)

Outdoor area:

• Access to a shared garden area in front of the house with a table and benches overlooking the vineyards and horses
• Free on-site parking
• Access to a shared pétanque court (boules provided)
• Semi-detached house with complete privacy (no direct overlooking neighbours)

• All household linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, kitchen towels, and bath mat

You have access to a shared garden area with outdoor furniture, offering beautiful views of the vineyards and horses, as well as the shared pétanque court (boules provided).

You can also enjoy lovely walks through the surrounding woods and vineyards along a marked walking trail. Please note that the private wine estate itself is not open for unrestricted walking.

Parties and quiet enjoyment
Parties and events are not permitted.

Please respect the neighbours and the peaceful atmosphere of the estate.

The owners live on the property.

Children's safety
Children of all ages are welcome.

Please note that the house has stairs, and it is not possible to install a safety gate.

There are two ornamental fountains located just a few metres from the entrance. Although they are shallow, children remain under the full responsibility of their parents or guardians at all times.

Please ensure that your children are always supervised during your stay.

A working wine estate
You will be staying in the heart of an authentic working vineyard. The estate is generally very peaceful and ideal for relaxation. However, as with any agricultural property, you may occasionally see tractors, vineyard machinery, or work vehicles. This is part of the charm and authenticity of the estate.

The estate's animals
The property is also home to several animals:

• Three friendly dogs that you may occasionally meet with their owners
• Chickens, ponies, and horses, all kept within their dedicated areas

The village of Rognes is famous for its golden stone, its traditional Provençal market, and its pleasant walking trails.
