This elegant Aix-en-Provence bastide boasts beautiful recently renovated architecture, a magnificent swimming pool and a hectare of garden, including a wonderful park shaded by trees over a hundred years old, providing real coolness in the height of summer. The bastide comprises two adjoining parts linked by the exterior.

This rental concerns the central entrance on the right, 450m2, which can accommodate 12 people.
There are two floors:

- On the ground floor: an entrance hall a large fitted and fully equipped kitchen a storeroom a large dining room a large living room with fireplace (75m2) opening onto an inner courtyard housing a delightful shaded terrace a WC.

1st floor: 4 large bedrooms with double beds - high ceilings. All but one of the bedrooms have en suite bathrooms or shower rooms and WCs.

Second floor: loft-style treatment, a large open-plan master suite comprising a bedroom, study, double dressing room, full bathroom and sports equipment (walker, bike, etc.).

Parkland with bowling green, swimming pool, pool house, hammock, outdoor lounge/dining area, barbecue. - Garden terrace - Very large car park ** 

On arrival, you will find the following essentials available for the start of your stay (Kit not renewed): 

-Laundry and household products -Towels, shower gel -Sugar, tea and coffee -Oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. **A deposit request will be sent to you via our service provider SWIKLY on the booking message board. This deposit will not be debited, nor will it affect your credit card limit (funds will not be blocked). The deposit must be paid 48 hours before arrival, failing which the booking will be cancelled.
