Our property is located in a quiet and well-connected neighborhood. It is just 400 meters from La Timone Hospital, an 8-minute walk from Blancarde train station, 2 minutes from the St Martin tram stop, 750 meters from the universities, and a 15-minute walk from La Conception Hospital.

You can easily reach the Stade Vélodrome by metro or the Old Port by tramway. The Palais Omnisports is also nearby.

All local shops are within 100 meters (pharmacy, grocery store, butcher, greengrocer, tobacco shop).

The studio was fully renovated in 2024.

With its high ceilings, the space offers optimal comfort and features a mezzanine where you can stand upright, creating a separate sleeping area with a dressing space.

The kitchen is fully equipped and functional, including a Tassimo coffee machine.

The bathroom includes a bathtub and storage space.

The living area is equipped with a single sofa bed, a TV, a dining table, and a workspace.

The apartment is located on the 7th floor with elevator access. However, please note that a few steps must be taken before reaching the elevator.

We are available 7 days a week by phone, messaging, or SMS.

The property is available under a mobility lease for eligible stays.

Check-in & Check-out:
Self check-in is available from 3:00 PM.
Please inform us of your arrival time in advance to ensure the best possible welcome.
Check-out is before 10:00 AM.

For early or late check-in requests, a link will be sent to book a time slot (subject to availability):

• Early check-in from 12:00 PM: €20

• Early check-in before 1:00 PM: €25

• Late check-out at 12:00 PM: €25

All requests must be made no later than the day before arrival before 6:00 PM.
