You will have access to the entire accommodation and in particular to the terrace, the only place in the accommodation where you can smoke.

Features of the MOBILE LEASE:

-A minimum stay of 30 nights, maximum 10 months.

-Eligible reasons: For a prospective tenant who has reached the age of majority and is in vocational training, higher education, a student, a trainee, a civic service volunteer, a professional transfer or a temporary assignment as part of their professional activity.

-The lease will be sent by email. An inventory of fixtures and the diagnostic file will be provided on arrival.

-A number of supporting documents will be required: identity, address, income, employment status.

-Payment of the rent will be agreed with our team for the first month, then on a monthly basis.

-An administration fee of 250 euros (incl. VAT) will be payable when the lease is signed.

Once your booking has been confirmed, you will receive an email with a link to the flat guide. You will be able to choose flexible check-in and check-out times at an additional cost.
