
Welcome to L’Ombre des Chênes, a beautiful air-conditioned Provençal farmhouse with a private swimming pool in Mornas, in the heart of the Vaucluse, surrounded by vineyards, nature and charming Provençal villages.
Ideally located close to Orange, Avignon and Châteauneuf-du-Pape, the property is perfect for discovering Provence, enjoying the Avignon Festival, exploring the vineyards of the Rhône Valley, or simply relaxing in a peaceful setting with family or friends.
Our 215 m² farmhouse is fully air-conditioned and offers spacious rooms spread over several levels.
The house is arranged over 3 floors:
Ground floor:
• A warm and welcoming first living room at the entrance with a fireplace
• A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, built-in bean-to-cup coffee machine, Nespresso machine, electric and gas hob, opening onto a second comfortable living area with sofa, television and dining space
• Laundry room with washing machine and freezer
• Separate toilet
First floor:
• Bedroom 1: double bed 160 × 200 cm, storage space and private en-suite shower room
• Bedroom 2: double bed 160 × 200 cm, storage space and private en-suite shower room
• Children’s bedroom equipped with a travel cot, mattress and fitted sheet

In total, the house has 3 bathrooms/shower rooms, including 2 directly connected to bedrooms, as well as 3 toilets.
Outdoor areas & facilities:
The grounds offer a privileged natural environment. However, please note that the property is not fully fenced.
Important: the property is crossed by the Mayre du Moulin, a natural unfenced stream without any safety barrier. Extra care is required with young children or pets. From May to September, the stream is usually completely dry.

Welcome kit:
To make your arrival easier, a starter kit is provided. It is not replenished during the stay:
• Cleaning products and laundry detergent
• 2 toilet paper rolls per toilet
• Shower gel and hand soap
• Sugar, tea and coffee (1 portion per person)
• Oil, vinegar, salt and pepper
Please note: the house is spread across several levels. Two bedrooms are accessible via a first staircase, while the two other bedrooms are located on the top floor, accessible via a second, steeper staircase. We invite you to check the photos carefully to make sure the layout suits your needs.
Some outdoor areas of the farmhouse are not fitted out and will remain closed during your stay.
The areas available to guests are entirely private and designed to provide you with all the comfort you need.

The accommodation is available from 5:00 pm.
Before your arrival, you will receive all the necessary information regarding access to the villa, practical instructions and useful recommendations to fully enjoy your stay.
Please let us know your estimated arrival time in advance so we can organise your arrival in the best possible conditions.
Check-out is before 10:00 am.
For any early arrival or late departure request, please contact us no later than 6:00 pm the day before your arrival. Requests are accepted depending on availability.

Important:
A €2,000 security deposit is required no later than 7 days before arrival.
This deposit is processed through Swikly as a secure bank card pre-authorisation:
No amount is charged to your account.
The amount is only temporarily held as a guarantee.
It covers, among other things: damage, theft or loss (keys/items), lack of care of the property (excessive dirt, rubbish), unauthorised use of equipment, or failure to respect the house rules (pets, number of guests, schedules, etc.).
This deposit does not limit liability: the guest may still be held responsible beyond this amount if necessary.
Any damage must be reported within 4 hours of arrival (with photos) or immediately during the stay.
The deposit is automatically released between 8 and 14 days after departure.
