
Welcome to L’Ombre des Chênes, a beautiful air-conditioned Provençal farmhouse with a private pool in Mornas, in the heart of the Vaucluse, surrounded by vineyards, nature and Provençal villages.
Ideally located near Orange, Avignon and Châteauneuf-du-Pape, the property is perfect for discovering Provence, enjoying the Avignon Festival, exploring the vineyards of the Rhône Valley, or simply relaxing in a peaceful setting with family or friends.
Our 215 m² farmhouse is air-conditioned throughout and offers spacious living areas arranged over several levels.
It is laid out over 3 floors:
Ground floor:
- A first cosy lounge at the entrance with a fireplace
- A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, built-in bean-to-cup coffee machine, Nespresso machine, electric and gas hob, opening onto a second comfortable lounge with sofa, television and dining area
- Laundry room with washing machine and freezer

First floor:
- Bedroom 1: double bed 160 × 200 cm, storage space and private shower room
- Bedroom 2: double bed 160 × 200 cm, storage space and private shower room

In total, the house has 3 shower/bathrooms, including 2 directly integrated into the bedrooms, as well as 3 WCs.

The grounds offer a privileged natural environment. However, they are not fully enclosed.
Please note: the property is crossed by the Mayre du Moulin, a natural unfenced stream, with no safety barrier. Particular vigilance is required with young children or pets. From May to September, the stream is generally completely dry.

Pool towels are not provided.
Welcome kit:
To make your arrival easier, a starter kit is provided and is not replenished during the stay:
- Cleaning products and laundry detergent
- 2 rolls of toilet paper per WC
- Shower gel and hand soap
- Sugar, tea and coffee: 1 portion per person
- Oil, vinegar, salt and pepper
Please note: the house is spread over several levels. Two bedrooms are accessible via a first staircase, while the other two are located on the top floor, accessible via a second, steeper staircase. We invite you to consult the photos to ensure that the layout of the property suits your needs.
Some outdoor parts of the farmhouse are not developed and will remain closed during the stay.
The areas made available are entirely private and designed to offer you all the comfort you need.

- Check-out is before 10:00 AM.
For any early check-in or late check-out request, the request must be made no later than the day before arrival before 6:00 PM. It will be accepted depending on the property’s availability.

Any damage must be reported within 4 hours of arrival, with photos, or immediately during the stay:damage, theft or loss of keys/items, lack of care for the property, such as dirt or rubbish, unauthorized use of equipment, or failure to comply with the rules, including pets, number of guests or check-in/check-out times.
