The property offers 5 bedrooms, including a master suite with en-suite bathroom and dressing room, a ground-floor bedroom with shower room, and an additional shower room upstairs. Separate toilets.

The house is semi-detached with two other beautiful homes, yet remains completely private, quiet, and with no overlooking neighbours. The building, an old stone barn recently renovated, combines the charm of the past with modern comfort.

You will have exclusive access to the entire villa and your private garden. A pleasant walk is possible along the access path through woods and vineyards. Please note that the private wine estate itself is not open for free wandering.

The villa is located 16 km north of Aix-en-Provence, on the road to the Luberon, within the Château Barbebelle Estate in Rognes, on the heights of the Trévaresse. Barbebelle is one of the oldest wine estates in the Aix region, owned by the Herbeau family for four generations. Today, Madeleine Herbeau and her father continue to build on the estate’s reputation, producing quality wines recognised both in France and abroad.

About Rognes
Rognes is a historic village situated between Salon-de-Provence and Aix-en-Provence, near the River Durance. Its origins date back to prehistoric times, and it has been built, destroyed, and rebuilt many times throughout the centuries. In 1909, a devastating earthquake destroyed much of the old village, which was then abandoned, but Rognes still preserves charming streets and ancient houses.

The village is known for its high-quality AOC Coteaux d’Aix wines, truffle production (celebrated every December with a truffle fair), and its famous Rognes stone, quarried for nearly 20 centuries.
