This duplex apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a luxury building.

All rooms are air-conditioned.

It has :

- a modern, fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and washing machine.

- first floor: living room with connected TV and free WiFi.

- 4 bedrooms with sofa beds and comfortable mattresses (two downstairs and two upstairs).

- 3 WCs (one downstairs and two in the upstairs bedrooms) Linen is provided (sheets, towels and tea towels).

On arrival, you will find the following items at your disposal for the start of your stay (non-renewable kit):

-Laundry and household products

-Toilet paper, shower gel

-Sugar, tea and coffee

-Oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.

Our accommodation is located near the historic centre of Aix en Provence, just 2 minutes' walk from the Rotonde and Cours Mirabeau. Just 200 m away are the Allées Provençales and the Grand Théâtre de Provence. The bus station is a 5-minute walk away and the train station a 10-minute walk.

The nearest car park to the flat is La Rotonde, an 8-minute walk away (secure public pay car park).
