This functional and typical studio with a mezzanine bedroom is not renovated or modern, making it perfect for travelers looking for an excellent location at a controlled price. It is located right in the city center, on a small, quiet, and typical street.

Located on the 2nd floor with no elevator, it includes:

• A Provençal-style equipped kitchen: microwave, Senseo coffee machine, small refrigerator, cooktop, dishes, and utensils.

• A living area with a sofa bed for 2 people and a television.

• A mezzanine sleeping area (ceiling height 135 cm) with a double bed (access via a fairly steep staircase – see photo).

• A bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet.

• Bed linen provided: sheets, towels, kitchen towels, and bath mat.

• Free Wi-Fi connection.

• Access to a washing machine and dryer if needed.
