Welcome to L’Escale, a cosy one-bedroom air-conditioned apartment of 35 m² with a 25 m² terrace, located in the city center of Manosque. Ideally situated in the heart of Provence, close to the Luberon, Aix-en-Provence, and the Verdon Gorges.

Perfect for a tourist or business stay, this accommodation combines modern comfort, a spacious outdoor area, and a strategic location near shops and must-see sites.

This brand-new apartment, renovated in April 2026, offers 35 m² and includes:

A living room with a convertible sofa (double bed), a large TV, and direct access to the terrace

A fully equipped kitchen: Nespresso coffee machine (Vertuo capsules), kettle, toaster, oven, fridge-freezer, washing machine, and all essential kitchen equipment

A dining area with a table for 4 people

A bedroom with a double bed

A bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet

A large 25 m² terrace with a dining table and sun loungers

All household linen is provided (bed sheets, towels, bath mats, and kitchen towels).

Upon arrival, you will find the following essentials available to get your stay started (non-replenished kit):

Laundry detergent and cleaning products

2 rolls of toilet paper per toilet, shower gel

Sugar, tea, and coffee (1 portion per person)

Oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper

The apartment is located on the first floor of a two-story building. You will need to climb about ten steps to access it.

The terrace overlooks an inner courtyard.

A small free parking area is available on the street, and many additional free parking spaces can be found nearby.
