A pleasant covered loggia with a dining table, ideal for meals
A washing machine is also available

One mezzanine bedroom with a single bed (90 × 190 cm)
One bedroom with a bed 120 × 190 cm and washbasin

Outside:

Independent 20 m² studio/guest annex with a fan, featuring two single beds (90 × 190 cm), an open shower (no shower enclosure), a separate toilet, and a sink with a storage cabinet.

Please note: there is no kitchen or cooking facilities.

All household linens are provided (bed linens, towels, bath mats, and kitchen towels).

You will have exclusive access to the entire house and all its outdoor areas throughout your stay.

Before your arrival, you will receive all the information you need regarding access to the house, practical instructions and useful recommendations to help you make the most of your stay.

Self check-in is available from 5:00 PM.
Please let us know your expected arrival time in advance so we can prepare for your arrival under the best possible conditions.

Check-out is before 10:00 AM.

Requests for early check-in or late check-out must be made no later than 6:00 PM on the day before arrival and are subject to availability.
