Welcome to Le Zola, a spacious 80 m² three-bedroom apartment with a terrace, ideally located just a few minutes' walk from the historic centre of Aix-en-Provence.

The apartment is located on the 5th floor of a secure residence with a gated entrance and lift access.

Parking

Several parking options are available nearby:

• Bellegarde Car Park: 2-minute walk (paid parking – approximately €20 per day)
• On-street parking: Paid parking nearby with the first 1 hour 30 minutes free
• Route des Alpes Park & Ride: Approximately 20 minutes on foot (around €3.50 per day)

The apartment is located in the Bellegarde district, within walking distance of:

• Aix-en-Provence city centre (restaurants, cafés, Provençal markets)
• Bellegarde Car Park
• Public transport (bus stops within walking distance)

• Aix-en-Provence city train station: approximately 10 minutes on foot
• Aix-en-Provence TGV Station: approximately 15–20 minutes by car
• Marseille Provence Airport: approximately 25 minutes by car

Check-in & Check-out

We welcome guests between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM for key handover.

Please let us know your expected arrival time in advance so that we can organise your welcome under the best possible conditions.

Check-out is before 10:00 AM.

For any request for early or late check-in/check-out, a booking link will be sent to you so you can reserve an available time slot.

Available options:

• Early check-in from 12:00 PM: €60
• Early check-in from 1:00 PM: €45
• Late check-in between 9:00 PM and 11:00 PM: €50
• Late check-in after 11:00 PM: €70
• Late check-out until 12:00 PM: €60

Requests must be made no later than 6:00 PM on the day before arrival.
