Welcome to our charming and cozy 20 m² studio, offering a beautiful 15 m² terrace with views over the city center of Aix-en-Provence, where you can even catch a glimpse of the iconic Sainte-Victoire mountain.

Ideally located in the heart of the city while remaining peaceful and quiet, the studio is just a short walk from the famous Cours Mirabeau, Place de l’Hôtel de Ville, and the Palais de Justice.

Located on the 3rd and top floor of a beautiful building in the historic center, our air-conditioned studio offers both comfort and tranquility. It is very bright and opens onto a lovely 15 m² terrace filled with greenery, sunshine, and complete privacy.

The studio includes:

• A spacious terrace with a dining area (table and chairs) and a relaxation area (an Asian-style daybed and two sun loungers).
• A bright living area with a small television and dining table.
• A fully equipped kitchen featuring a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishes and cookware, a Nespresso coffee machine, and a drip coffee maker.
• An exceptionally comfortable sofa bed (160 x 200 cm) and ample storage space (wardrobe and closets), ideal for storing clothes and luggage.
• A bathroom equipped with a large walk-in shower, marble sink with storage, toilet, and washing machine.
• Please note that the property is not equipped with a baby travel cot.

All household linens are provided (bed sheets, towels, and kitchen towels).

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

Upon arrival, you will find the following starter kit available for the beginning of your stay (not replenished during the stay):

• Laundry detergent and household cleaning products
• 2 rolls of toilet paper and shower gel
• Sugar, tea, and coffee (1 serving per guest)
• Oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper

The entire studio has been recently renovated and offers modern comfort, including air conditioning and electric roller shutters in the bathroom.

The apartment is served by an elevator up to the 3rd floor; however, you will need to climb 10 steps to reach the entrance.

We welcome guests between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM for key handover.

Please inform us of your expected arrival time in advance so that we can organize your welcome under the best possible conditions.

By car

We recommend parking in a nearby public car park. The closest options are:

• Bellegarde Parking (approximately a 6-minute walk)
• Carnot Parking (also within walking distance)

For a more economical option, the Brunet Park-and-Ride facility is located approximately 3 km away.

By bus

Aix-en-Provence bus station is well connected by several bus routes serving the city center.

From the bus station, the apartment is approximately a 10-minute walk away.

By train

If arriving by train via Aix-en-Provence TGV station, you can take the shuttle bus to Aix-en-Provence bus station, then either walk or take a local bus to the historic center.
