For any request for early or late check-in, the request must be made no later than the day before arrival, before 6:00 p.m. It will be accepted depending on the accommodation’s availability.

Out of respect for the neighbourhood, parties and gatherings are not allowed. Playing loud music, especially outdoors, is strictly prohibited.

The accommodation is strictly reserved for the guests listed on the booking. Outside visitors are not allowed without prior approval.

The security deposit may be partially or fully retained in the following cases:

• Damage to the furniture or accommodation equipment, such as a damaged sofa or broken television
• Theft, loss of keys or disappearance of items belonging to the accommodation
• Lack of care during the stay, including excessive dirt or rubbish left inside the accommodation
• Inappropriate or unauthorised use of the accommodation’s equipment
• Failure to comply with the stay rules or rental agreement, including pets, number of guests, and check-in or check-out times
