Welcome to La Parenthèse, a unique 80 m² house in Fuveau.
A true haven of peace, ideal for up to 4 guests, this charming home invites you to relax and recharge in a peaceful setting.
Located just 15 minutes from Aix-en-Provence and close to Sainte-Victoire Mountain, it offers an ideal base between nature, relaxation, and discovering Provence.
La Parenthèse truly lives up to its name: a house with a distinctive charm, where you immediately feel at ease. Its natural surroundings make it the perfect place to disconnect from everyday life.
The Accommodation
This charming 80 m² semi-detached house, nestled in nature, includes:
- Two bedrooms, each with a 160 × 190 cm double bed:
- The first bedroom is located upstairs and is accessed by a staircase. Enclosed by a glass partition, it offers a cosy and peaceful space. It is not equipped with air conditioning but has a fan. By leaving the door open, it can also benefit from the air conditioning from the living room below.
- The second bedroom has air conditioning, a walk-in wardrobe, and access to a balcony, perfect for enjoying the outdoors as soon as you wake up.
- A cosy living room with a dining table and television
- A fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and espresso coffee machine
- A modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet
- A separate toilet with washbasin on the ground floor
- A garden with a large wooden terrace, dining table, outdoor lounge furniture, and gas barbecue
- Two non-secure, non-assigned outdoor parking spaces
- Air conditioning
- Free Wi-Fi
All household linen is provided: bed sheets, towels, bath mats, and kitchen towels.
Pets
Pets are welcome under the following conditions:
- One dog or cat only
- Maximum weight: 10 kg
Please note that no baby travel cot is available.
Welcome Starter Kit
On arrival, you will find the following items available to help you start your stay comfortably. This kit is not replenished during the stay:
- Laundry detergent and household cleaning products
- Two rolls of toilet paper per toilet
- Shower gel
- Sugar, tea, and coffee (one serving per person)
- Oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper
Guest Access
Guests have access to the entire accommodation and outdoor areas, including the garden and terrace.
The property is entirely private.
Location & Access
The accommodation is located approximately 2 to 3 km from the centre of Fuveau:
- 5 minutes by car
- 25 to 35 minutes on foot
Access is easy by car:
- From Aix-en-Provence: approximately 15 minutes via the D96 towards Fuveau
- From Marseille: approximately 25 minutes via the A50, then the D96
- From Aubagne: approximately 20 minutes
Sainte-Victoire Mountain
Sainte-Victoire Mountain is approximately 10 to 20 minutes away by car, depending on the access point.
You will also enjoy quick access to several hiking starting points, including Le Tholonet and Puyloubier.
Depending on the area of Fuveau, you may enjoy direct or very nearby views of Sainte-Victoire.
During Your Stay
We are available by phone, messaging, and SMS 7 days a week.
Important Information
The accommodation is spread over several levels with stairs. Please take extra care with young children and elderly guests.

- Only guests included in the reservation are allowed on the premises.
Check-in & Check-out
The accommodation is available from 3:00 PM.
Check-out is before 10:00 AM.
For any request for early check-in or late check-out, a link will be sent to you so that you can book a time slot according to availability:
- Early check-in from 12:00 PM: €60
- Early check-in from 1:00 PM: €45
- Late check-out until 12:00 PM: €60
Requests must be made no later than 6:00 PM on the day before arrival.
