La Parenthèse lives up to its name: a unique home where you immediately feel at ease. Its natural surroundings make it the perfect place to disconnect from everyday life.

This charming semi-detached 80 m² house, set in the heart of nature, includes:

2 bedrooms, each with a 160x190 cm double bed:

→ One located in a closed mezzanine, accessible via stairs, offering a cosy and quiet space

→ The second with open storage and access to a balcony, perfect for enjoying the outdoors from the moment you wake up

A cosy living room with dining table and TV

A fully equipped kitchen with oven, stovetop, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and espresso coffee machine

A modern bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet

A separate toilet with sink on the ground floor

A garden with a large wooden terrace, dining table, outdoor lounge, and gas barbecue

2 unassigned, unsecured outdoor parking spaces

All household linen is provided (bed sheets, towels, bath mats, and kitchen towels).

Pets are welcome: 1 dog or cat under 10 kg

Upon arrival, you will find the following essentials to start your stay (non-renewable kit):

Laundry detergent and cleaning products

2 rolls of toilet paper per toilet, shower gel

Sugar, tea, and coffee (1 dose per person)

Oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper. 

We are available by phone, messaging, and SMS 7 days a week.

Important:
The property is spread over several levels with stairs. Extra care should be taken with young children and elderly guests.

Check-out is before 10:00 AM.

For any early or late arrival requests, a link will be sent to you to book a time slot depending on availability:

Requests must be made no later than the day before arrival before 6:00 PM.

Guests have access to the entire property as well as the outdoor areas, including the garden and terrace. The home is fully private.

The property is located approximately 2 to 3 km from the center of Fuveau:

5 minutes by car
25 to 35 minutes on foot

Access is easy by car:

From Aix-en-Provence: approximately 15 minutes via the D96 towards Fuveau
From Marseille: approximately 25 minutes via the A50 then the D96
From Aubagne: approximately 20 minutes

Distance to Sainte-Victoire Mountain:
Approximately 10 to 20 minutes by car depending on the access point
Quick access to several hiking starting points (Le Tholonet, Puyloubier, etc.)
Direct or very close views depending on the area in Fuveau.
