Security deposit

A €2000 security deposit must be paid no later than 7 days before arrival. It serves as a guarantee in case of damage, theft or loss of keys/objects, lack of care of the property (dirt, waste left behind), unauthorized use of equipment, or more generally in case of breach of the rental agreement (pets, number of guests, arrival times, etc.).

This deposit does not limit liability, and the tenant may be held responsible beyond the deposit amount.

Any damage noticed upon arrival (within 4 hours) or during the stay must be reported immediately with photos. The deposit will be refunded between 8 and 14 days after departure.

Access to the property is authorized only once the deposit has been validated.

Check-in / Check-out

We are available 7 days a week by phone, messaging, and SMS.

Check-in is between 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM for key handover.

Please inform us of your arrival time in advance so we can organize your welcome under the best conditions.

Check-out is before 10:00 AM.

For any request for early or late check-in, a link will be sent to you so you can reserve a time slot depending on availability:

• Early check-in at 3:00 PM: €120

• Check-in between 9:00 PM and 11:00 PM: €50

• Check-in after 11:00 PM: €70

• Late check-out until 12:00 PM: €120

Requests must be made no later than the day before arrival before 6:00 PM.
