Welcome to this elegant 165 m² air-conditioned villa with a private pool, located in Aix-en-Provence. Ideal for family stays or holidays with friends, it can accommodate up to 8 guests.

Bright and open to the outdoors thanks to its large bay windows, the house offers a spacious living area opening onto the terrace, swimming pool, and garden. Perfect for enjoying the Provençal climate, it is located in a quiet residential area, approximately 5 minutes from the historic city center.

This fully air-conditioned villa includes:

Living area:

• A large living room opening onto the outdoors, with a bright lounge and dining area overlooking the pool.
• A fully equipped kitchen where you can cook just like at home, with views of the pool.
• Dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine.

Upstairs:

• Two bedrooms with double beds, 140 × 190 cm.
• A games room.
• A shower room.
• A terrace.

Ground floor:

• A master suite with a 160 × 190 cm double bed and en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower.
• An office, ideal for remote working, with a very comfortable 200 × 200 cm convertible sofa bed for two guests.
• A shower room with a laundry area, including washing machine and dryer.
• A baby travel cot is available; however, baby towels are not provided.
• Four toilets.

650 m² outdoor area:

• Private saltwater swimming pool, 5 × 2.5 m, depth 1.70 m, with sun loungers.
• For added safety, the pool is equipped with a protective cover. However, children remain under the full responsibility and supervision of the accompanying adults.
• Outdoor lounge area.
• Outdoor dining area.
• Gas barbecue.
• Garden with children’s play area.

Parking:

• Three private parking spaces within the enclosed property, secured by an electric gate.
• Two additional dedicated parking spaces available on the private driveway.

Amenities:

• Household linen provided: sheets, bath towels, tea towels, and bath mats.
• Pool towels are not provided.
• Free Wi-Fi.
• Air conditioning.
• On request: baby travel cot with mattress and fitted sheet, high chair, baby dishes, and baby bath.

Welcome kit (not replenished):

• Essential household cleaning products.
• Two rolls of toilet paper per toilet and shower gel.
• Sugar, tea, and coffee — one serving per guest.
• Oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper.

Check-in & Check-out

We welcome guests between 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM for key handover.

Please inform us of your arrival time in advance so that we can organize your welcome in the best possible conditions.

Check-out is before 10:00 AM.

For any request for early check-in or late arrival/check-out, a link will be sent to you so you can book a time slot according to availability:

• Early check-in from 3:00 PM: €120
• Arrival between 9:00 PM and 11:00 PM: €50
• Arrival after 11:00 PM: €70
• Late check-out until 12:00 PM: €120

Requests must be made no later than 6:00 PM on the day before arrival.

A guest guide with all our recommendations is available on site.

Additional services can be arranged on request:

• Cleaning during the stay.
• Grocery storage before your arrival.

House Rules:

• Parties and events are not permitted.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Non-smoking accommodation.
• People not included in the booking are not allowed.

A security deposit of 2,000euros must be paid no later than 7 days before arrival. It serves as a guarantee in case of damage, theft or loss of keys/items, lack of care of the accommodation such as dirt or waste left behind, unauthorized use of equipment, and more generally in case of non-compliance with the contract, including pets, number of guests, arrival/departure times, etc.
