Welcome to L'Eden, a bright and modern retreat in Ventabren, close to Aix-en-Provence and Éguilles, the perfect place to relax and recharge.

Combining contemporary design, peaceful surroundings, and a pleasant outdoor space, L'Eden offers the ideal setting to unwind while remaining just minutes from the historic centre of Aix-en-Provence and the charming village of Éguilles.

Designed as a true home away from home, L'Eden blends comfort, modern style, and practicality for a relaxing stay at the gateway to Aix-en-Provence.

This charming 80 m² single-storey house is filled with natural light and offers a wonderful sense of space throughout the day.

The Accommodation Includes

• A modern, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, and Nespresso coffee machine)
• An open-plan living area with a comfortable sofa bed and TV
• A spacious bedroom with a 160 × 200 cm double bed and a walk-in wardrobe
• A large bathroom with a walk-in shower
• A separate toilet
• A lovely private terrace with a dining table, chairs, and outdoor lounge furniture
• Air conditioning throughout

Please note:

• A baby travel cot is not available.
• The property is entirely on one level.
• The house was completed in April 2026.

Welcome Starter Kit

A complimentary starter kit will be available upon your arrival (not replenished during your stay), including:

The property is entirely private, with exclusive access to the house and its outdoor area.

The property is located within a private residential community comprising two other homes.

Check-in & Check-out

We welcome guests between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM for key handover.

Please let us know your expected arrival time in advance so that we can organise your welcome under the best possible conditions.

Check-out is before 10:00 AM.

Requests for early or late check-in/check-out must be made no later than 6:00 PM on the day before arrival and are subject to availability.

• Early check-in from 3:00 PM: €50
• Late check-out until 12:00 PM: €40
• Late check-in between 9:00 PM and 11:00 PM: €50
• Late check-in after 11:00 PM: €70
