Our apartment is nestled in a quiet neighborhood with excellent transport links. It's 400 m from the Timone hospital, an 8-minute walk from the Timone metro station and the Blancarde train station, 2 minutes from the St Martin tramway, 750 m from the universities and a 15-minute walk from La Conception. You can easily reach the Stade Vélodrome by metro or the Vieux-Port by Tramway.

All local shops are less than 100 m away (pharmacy, grocery store, butcher, greengrocer, tobacconist).

Our studio was tastefully renovated in 2024.

It is located on the seventh floor with a lift.

With its high ceilings, this comfortable space offers a mezzanine where you can stand, creating a separate bedroom with a dressing room.

The kitchen is fully equipped and functional. The bathroom includes a bathtub and storage space.

The living room is equipped with a sofa bed, TV, air conditioning, dining table and workspace. The house Linen is provided (bed sheets, bath towels and kitchen towels). Wifi is included in the price.

On arrival, you will find the following items at your disposal for the start of your stay (non-renewable kit):
