This ideal accommodation for 12 people has been refurbished and is just a stone's throw from La Rotonde and the centre of Aix en Provence.

As an enthusiastic host, I have designed the accommodation to make you as comfortable as possible.

Whether you are here to explore the picturesque lanes, discover the cultural wealth of the region or simply to relax and enjoy the Mediterranean climate, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.

This is an entire building consisting of 2 flats with a total size of 152 m².

All rooms are air-conditioned.

Linen is provided (sheets, towels and tea towels).

On arrival, you will find the following items at your disposal for the start of your stay (Kit not renewed):

-Laundry and household products

-Toilet paper, shower gel

-Sugar, tea and coffee

-Oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.

The first flat is 110m² and has :

- a modern, fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and washing machine.

- a first-floor lounge with TV and free WiFi.

- 4 bedrooms (two downstairs and two upstairs), each with its own bathroom and a sofa bed with a comfortable mattress.

- 3 toilets (including 2 in the upstairs bedrooms).

The second flat is 42 m² and has :

- a modern, fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine.

- 1 bedroom with a double bed

- 1 bedroom with a sofa bed with a real comfortable mattress.

- The bathroom has a shower, storage space and a washing machine.

- 1 connected TV and free wifi.

You can explore our beautiful city of Aix en Provence on foot!

Our accommodation is located near the historic centre of Aix en Provence, just a 2-minute walk from the Rotonde and Cours Mirabeau. Just 200 m away, you will find the Allées Provençales and the Grand Théâtre de Provence.

The bus station is a 5-minute walk away and the train station a 10-minute walk.

The nearest car park to the flat is La Rotonde, an 8-minute walk away (secure public pay car park).
